Sky Sports extends live cricket contract with England & Wales Cricket Board until 2019

Sky Sports has extended its agreement with the England & Wales Cricket Board until 2019.

The two-year extension on the existing deal includes live coverage of all of England’s Test matches played at home, including series against Pakistan and India in 2018 and the Ashes in 2019, all One Day International and T20 games, and at least 60 days of domestic cricket across the English summer.

Is Netflix blocking VPN users?

Netflix's chief product officer has denied claims that the business plans to block VPN users.

It has been reported that Netflix, the streaming service, was under pressure to block users who access overseas versions of the service via a VPN or geo-blocking bypass application.

However, Netflix's chief product officer Neil Hunt has spoken out to deny the reports and has denied claims that the business plans to block VPN users.

It was reported earlier this week that major movie studios are attempting to force the streaming provider to take action against so-called 'geo-pirates'.

BBC and Sky announce F1 coverage for 2015

Sky and BBC have revealed their live coverage of Formula One races this year.

Sky will have exclusive live rights to 10 grands prix, including the season-opening Australian Grand Prix and the blue-ribband event in Monaco.

The BBC will be showing the British GP live. BBC will also broadcast four of the last six races live.

Andalucía TV - no longer available on satellite

The loss of Andalucía TV has caused uproar among dish owners, upset about the loss of the satellite TV signal.
Andalucía TV was available free to air on Hispasat 1E (at 30 degrees West) and Astra 1L (at 19.2 degrees East).
Andalucía TV was a regional TV channels for Spain, and carried programming from Canal Sur TV and Canal Sur 2, two other local SPanish TV channels.
Radio Televisión de Andalucía, that operates Andalucía TV, said that its programmes would be available via the Ono, Telecable and Movistar cable TV / IPTV networks.
